We’re introducing you to the amazing people who make up the Viva team. Today we bring you one of our favorite therapists (but let’s be real, that’s everyone!), Liz Wilson!

What’s one thing we can do to reduce mental health stigma?
If someone says they are in therapy, give them a high five rather than asking them why
in a judgmental way. Working on yourself can be hard work! Remember: no one has to explain why
they go to therapy unless they want to disclose that information to you.
What’s your all time favorite book?
FAVORITE BOOK?! I hate to be that person, but also I am that person. Oops! There are so many
books that I have loved over the years. My favorite books are thrillers and any book that has a
super twisty “didn’t see that coming” ending. My favorite books that I have read recently are: A
Flicker in the Dark by Stacy Willingham, The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo by Taylor Jenkins
Reid, and The Silent Patient by Alex Michaelides.
What’s one thing that always brightens your mood?
Crocheting, My cats (Loki and Avocado), iced coffee, sunshine, and blasting music while driving
with the windows down.
(Picking one thing is hard!)
What’s something that always makes you cry?
Disney movies! They always know how to get you!
