Work With Us

Individual and
Couples Therapy

Getting started with therapy is a great step towards living your best life. Here are some areas in which we can support you:

  • Life adjustments or transitions
  • Feeling “stuck” or lacking fulfillment
  • Relationship conflicts (family, friends, co-workers, etc)
  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Stress
  • Health concerns (sleep, eating habits, chronic illness/pain, etc)
  • Identity struggles (racial, gender, sexual, etc)
  • Couples therapy for traditional and non-traditional commitments

Our therapists are culturally competent and educated in social justice approaches to therapy.

We are constantly aware of systemic injustices and how they may be impacting your personal experience. Our therapists are members or allies of the LGBTQ+, BIPOC, AAPI, and disability community.

therapy can do a lot to help you live better!

But let’s be honest, it’s not always easy to fit therapy into your schedule or your budget. Here’s how we make it as simple and accessible as possible:

  • You can schedule a session however often you want, and we’ll never require you to attend a minimum number of sessions.
  • We have affordable rates, including sliding scale (lower cost) fees without income verification or any other documentation. You don’t need to prove anything to us, we’ll just trust you!
  • Therapists who are in network with insurance so you can use the plans you already pay for.
  • We see clients six days per week, from 8am-8pm.
  • Sessions are tailored to you and what you need. We believe there’s no right way to do therapy, so we’ll work with you to help you get the most out of your time.
  • We treat you as a whole person. Mental health is connected to everything else we do, so why act as if it’s separate? You don’t need to stick to what originally brought you to therapy if there’s something else you want to talk about. We’re here to support you in all areas of your life!
