Work With Us

Individual and
Couples Therapy

We work with clients going through a life adjustment or transition such as a break-up, loss of a loved one, or recent re-location. We can help you get over that feeling of being “stuck” or generally lacking fulfillment in any area of your life. We can provide guidance on working through conflict in all types of relationships. We’ll support you with managing anxiety, depression, gender/sexual and racial/cultural identity concerns. We also work with both traditional and non-traditional couples to improve their communication, work through difficult conflicts, and experience greater relationship satisfaction.

As you can see, therapy can do a lot to help you live better!

But let’s be honest, it’s not always easy to fit therapy into your schedule or your budget. Here’s how we make it as simple and accessible as possible:

  • As much as we’d love to see you every week, we know sometimes that’s just not possible. You can come in for a session however often you want, and we’ll never require you to attend a minimum number of sessions.
  • Sliding scale fees without income verification or any other documentation. You don’t need to prove anything to us, we’ll just trust you! We also accept a limited number of insurance slots and assist you with out of network reimbursement.
  • We see clients six days per week, from 8am-8pm and offer regular remote (phone or video) sessions in addition to in person availability.
  • Sessions are tailored to you and what you need. We believe there’s no right way to do therapy, so we’ll work with you to help you get the most out of your time.
  • We treat you as a whole person. Mental health is connected to everything else we do, so why act as if it’s separate? You don’t need to stick to what originally brought you to therapy if there’s something else you want to talk about. We’re here to support you in all areas of your life!
