Bryana’s goal as a clinician is to provide a safe space for you to be your authentic self in session while feeling heard, affirmed, and never judged. She is passionate about empowering you to strive for a healthy, joyful, and fulfilling life.

Bryana has helped clients cope with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship struggles, and life transitions. She enjoys working with diverse populations such as the LGBTQ+ community, individuals living with disabilities, BIPOC, and young adults.

Outside of work, Bryana spends quality time with her family and friends. She enjoys taking long walks around NYC, watching her favorite TV shows, and dancing to good music whenever she gets the chance.

Lileth creates a space that is empathetic and non-judgmental so you can feel comfortable being open and authentic while moving forward in your mental health journey. She provides therapeutic guidance based on your needs while utilizing evidence based approaches.

She has experience helping clients with anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, trauma, life transitions, relationship conflicts, and identity concerns. Lileth is also a skilled couples therapist with training in sex therapy. She works with a wide range of couples, including members of the LGBTQ+ community.

Outside of work, Lileth enjoys arts and crafts, music, traveling, long walks with her rescue pup, and spending time with family.

Lileth is licensed and accepting new clients in New York and North Carolina.

Dorinda strives to help you identify your goals as well as meet them and exceed them. She works with you to create a plan with the tools you need to help you live your best life. She understands it can be difficult to do it on your own and would love to help you invest in and commit to your well being.

Dorinda is experienced working with clients through life transitions, grief, anger management, relationships concerns, self-esteem struggles, depression, anxiety, and trauma. She also works with couples and other romantic partnerships to help improve communication and overall relationship satisfaction. She especially enjoys supporting members of the LGBTQ+ community and those who identify as BIPOC.

Outside of work, Dorinda enjoys all things art and music. She loves spending quality time with her family and serving her community by volunteering.

She hopes therapy improves your most important relationship, the one you have with yourself, in order to foster strength, kindness, understanding, and resiliency. 
 
Her experience includes working with adults with depression, anxiety, life transition stressors, trauma, grief and bereavement, relationship struggles, career concerns, and identity development difficulties. She provides care utilizing cultural competence and trauma informed care to a diverse population including members of the BIPOC, AAPI, and LGBTQ+ communities.

Calyx focuses on providing you with empathy and developing a positive therapeutic relationship. They work to meet you where you are by engaging in open dialogue and creating a safe, collaborative space that encourages you to be open and vulnerable.

Calyx has experience working with clients coping with eating disorders, substance use, trauma, chronic illness, anxiety, and depression. They also have an extensive background in gender and sexuality studies and working with diverse communities. She makes it her mission to create a safe space for BIPOC, disabled, chronically ill, and LGBTQ+-aligned clients.

Outside of the therapeutic space, you can find them traveling, going to concerts, and spending time with loved ones.
