She enjoys incorporating strength based treatment into sessions and customizes her approach to meet your unique needs. She understands that asking for help and going to therapy can be challenging, which is why she will work with you to create a safe space in which therapy can go at your own pace.

Bryana’s goal as a clinician is to provide a safe space for you to be your authentic self in session while feeling heard, affirmed, and never judged. She is passionate about empowering you to strive for a healthy, joyful, and fulfilling life.

Bryana has helped clients cope with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship struggles, and life transitions. She enjoys working with diverse populations such as the LGBTQ+ community, individuals living with disabilities, BIPOC, and young adults.

Outside of work, Bryana spends quality time with her family and friends. She enjoys taking long walks around NYC, watching her favorite TV shows, and dancing to good music whenever she gets the chance.

Lileth creates a space that is empathetic and non-judgmental so you can feel comfortable being open and authentic while moving forward in your mental health journey. She provides therapeutic guidance based on your needs while utilizing evidence based approaches.

She has experience helping clients with anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, trauma, life transitions, relationship conflicts, and identity concerns. Lileth is also a skilled couples therapist with training in sex therapy. She works with a wide range of couples, including members of the LGBTQ+ community.

Outside of work, Lileth enjoys arts and crafts, music, traveling, long walks with her rescue pup, and spending time with family.

Kelly believes that we are created, perceived, harmed, transformed, and healed through all our various types of relationships. Her goal is to create a collaborative relationship in session that will provide a safe environment for self exploration and growth. She hopes therapy improves your most important relationship, the one you have with yourself, in order to foster strength, kindness, understanding, and resiliency. 
Her experience includes working with adults with depression, anxiety, life transition stressors, trauma, grief and bereavement, relationship struggles, career concerns, and identity development difficulties. She provides care utilizing cultural competence and trauma informed care to a diverse population including members of the BIPOC, AAPI, and LGBTQ+ communities.

Allison’s approach is rooted in warmth, respect, and a deep regard for your strengths. She focuses on helping you make meaningful change, starting from the inside and working outward into relationships, work, and life as a whole. She  works from a trauma-informed consciousness, with an interest in neuroscience, supported by awareness of the effects of toxic stress on the body, mind, and emotions. She works with a range of integrative, mindfulness, and expressive modalities when working with clients.

Allison works with people experiencing life transitions, grief, relationship challenges, chronic illness, anxiety, depression, and the effects of trauma. She particularly enjoys working with young adults and those in the artistic and creative arenas. Additionally, Allison has extensive experience with the LGBTQ+ community.

Erika is dedicated to guiding you towards a more fulfilling life. She approaches  therapy with empathy and compassion and believes in fostering a collaborative and warm partnership. Her goal is to provide a safe space where you can navigate life’s challenges without fear of judgment.

Erika focuses on supporting clients facing emotional distress, grief, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, trauma, and/or life transitions. She is fluent in Spanish and ensures that language is not a barrier to receiving support and understanding. Erika takes an inclusive approach to therapy and is a culturally competent, LGBTQ+ affirming provider.

When she is not working, Erika enjoys hiking, listening to music, cooking, taking walks with her rescue dog, and spending quality time with her family.
