As a therapist, Jess values self-exploration, collaboration, and finding one’s inner strength. Her primary goal is to create a safe space that will allow her clients to feel accepted, heard, and challenged. Her approach to therapy is inclusive, LGBTQ+ positive, and culturally affirming. Jess has worked with individuals from various backgrounds with chronic mental health issues, substance use, macro and micro aggressions, sexuality/gender identity issues, and coping with stress. She also enjoys focusing on the unique needs and concerns of women and women of color who have experienced traumatic events by using trauma informed therapy and strength based approaches.

Liz received a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from SUNY New Paltz. She has experience working with diverse populations including those managing depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and grief.

Liz enjoys incorporating strength based, client focused treatment into sessions. She values customizing her approaches to therapy to meet the unique needs of each person. She understands that asking for help and going to therapy can be challenging, which is why she will work with you to create a safe space in which therapy can go at your own pace. Liz values the therapeutic relationship and takes pride in bringing her empathetic nature into sessions.

Molly grew up in the suburbs of Philadelphia and later moved to Seattle where she attended Antioch University and earned a dual degree in art therapy and mental health counseling.

She strives to create genuine connections with her clients in order to find an approach to treatment that is collaborative and will best fit their individual needs. Molly believes in the mind-body connection and works alongside clients to approach their concerns through a non-judgmental and curious lens. Outside of work, Molly spends her time cooking, de-stressing through art, and seeking out areas of the city where she can roller-skate or jog in nature.

Emily Mooradian

Emily is a therapist who seeks to create a safe, inclusive, and authentic space for people to be heard and understood. She has experience supporting diverse clients, including the LGBTQ+ community, and assists clients with depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship concerns.

Emily takes a holistic approach to therapy, and works to address the various factors that may be contributing to challenges. She values integrating an individualized approach with evidence-based techniques and believes that both insight and tools for change are necessary to make meaningful and lasting progress.

Sophie is passionate about playing an active role in normalizing mental health care. She seeks to create a safe space for people to give feedback and ultimately feel seen, heard, and empowered. She recognizes that therapy services a different purpose for everyone. Sophie specializes in helping with depression, anxiety, life transitions, and identity exploration.

Her approach is strength based, client centered, and rooted in evidence based techniques. She looks forward to creating a therapeutic relationship that is grounded in compassion, cultural awareness, and collaboration.

Stefania values the power of human connection. In effort to meet each client’s unique needs, she places emphasis on collaboration, empathy, and affirmation.

Stefania has experience working with clients coping with chronic illness, grief, substance use, trauma, anxiety, and depression. She strives to co-create an empowered space for people of all backgrounds, including members of the LGBTQ+ community, BIPOC, individuals living with disabilities and within marginalized populations.

Outside of the therapeutic space, you can find her baking, creating, or walking her rescue pup, Sonny, through the streets of Brooklyn.

Taisha is a native New Yorker who earned her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling at CUNY Hunter College. Her goal is to provide clients with a safe space to explore their emotions in order to gain insight and understanding. She uses a multicultural lens, strength and evidence based approaches, and client centered techniques to empower people to lead healthy and fulfilling lives.

Taisha has provided support to a wide range of clients including those coping with anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and trauma. She has co-facilitated support groups for healthy relationships and grief as well as led presentations on mental health awareness for individuals and families.

In her free time, she enjoys taking on new adventures like zip lining and kayaking as well as spending quality time with family and friends.

Taisha Parkins

Rachel Kolman

Rachel received her Master of Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania. She has always been interested in mental health and knows first-hand the incredible effect therapy can have on people, not only in improving presenting mental health concerns, but also in bettering other aspects of their lives as well. Rachel has experience working with diverse populations with histories of complex trauma and a plethora of different diagnoses.

Rachel believes in the importance of a strong therapeutic relationship and strives to build authentic and collaborative connections with her clients where they can both work together to find the best approaches to address the client’s needs. Rachel takes a trauma informed approach to care and believes it’s not what’s wrong with you, but instead, what happened to you. She utilizes tenets of CBT as well as a strength-based approach and aspects of mindfulness.

In her free time, you can find Rachel walking around Philadelphia, enjoying time with her family and friends, or binge watching shows.

Tania is a Haitian American Therapist, New York born, and Philadelphia raised. Tania earned her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from California University of Pennsylvania. She is certified in multicultural diversity competency. Her goal is to shatter the negative stigma behind mental health especially in populations that might not have the knowledge or awareness on how it can impact one’s state of well-being if not cared for.

Tania specializes in trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use, identity crisis, and more. Tania has facilitated groups that support family, enhancing healthy coping skills, healthy relationships, etc. She has also created seminars surrounding mental health awareness, creative outlets, and self-love.

Outside of helping others, Tania loves to travel and seek new adventures when opportunity presents itself. Other than enjoying her self-care days, she loves to listen to music, binge watch her favorite shows, and make genuine connections with others.
