Jaelen is passionate about wellness and providing a safe space for you in session. She recognizes the importance of building an open and honest therapeutic relationship to help you establish realistic and attainable goals.

Jaelen has experience working with clients coping with trauma and PTSD, anxiety, life transitions, substance abuse, and relationship challenges. Through an individualized approach, she strives to encourage growth and promote hope, healing, and resilience for her clients.

Outside the therapeutic space, you can find her playing with her two dogs, enjoying walks in nature, practicing her photography, socializing with friends, or spending time with family in the countryside of Illinois or in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
