Jesse‘s clinical experience has equipped him to work effectively with individuals from diverse populations dealing with anxiety, depression, work and/or school related stress, communication issues, and trauma. He helps individuals focus on relaxation, building self-esteem, and developing coping strategies to support and empower his clients.
Outside of sessions, Jesse enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends, taking long walks, traveling, trying new restaurants and discovering new music.

Alexys (she/her/hers) values the therapeutic relationship as a major catalyst for change. Her goal is for all her clients to feel seen, heard, and understood. She believes in the importance of demonstrating empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard in creating a safe space.

Alexys aims to create a treatment approach that best suits the unique client’s interests, personality, goals, and needs.
