It’s not always easy to fit sessions into your schedule or budget.

It can also be a challenge to find a therapist who feels like a good fit, especially if you’re a member of a marginalized community.

Here’s how we’re breaking down barriers to make therapy accessible and inclusive:

  • You can schedule a session as often as you want and we’ll never require you to attend a minimum number of sessions. You can also reserve a time slot if that’s what works best for you. We’re flexible!
  • We have affordable rates, including sliding scale (lower cost) fees without income verification or any other documentation. You don’t need to prove anything to us, we’ll just trust you! 
  • Therapists who are in network with insurance so you can use the plan you already pay for.
  • We see clients six days per week from 8am-8pm.
  • Your therapist is available by e-mail during business hours if you need to reschedule or just drop a note. Not everything needs to wait until your next session.
  • Therapy sessions are tailored to you and what you need. We believe there’s no right way to do therapy, so we’ll work with you to help you get the most out of your time.
  • We treat you as a whole person. Mental health is connected to everything else we do, so why act as if it’s separate? You can talk about anything you want in counseling. We’re here to support you in all areas of your life!
  • We take a social justice approach and are always mindful of the societal factors that may be influencing your individual experience.
  • Our therapists are members or allies of the LGBTQ+, BIPOC, AAPI, and disability community. We believe in a HAES approach to physical health concerns.
