She has over ten years of experience helping individuals who have experienced trauma, grief, depression, relationship concerns, and anxiety to find strength and healthy coping strategies. Her goal is to help you reach your highest potential and to help you live a more harmonious and happier life.

Theodora believes that working on your mental health is one of the bravest things you can do for yourself, and humor is one of her favorite therapeutic healing tools. She has experience supporting individuals with depression, anxiety, grief and adoption issues. She also works with individuals to help them integrate psychedelic experiences to bring greater healing.
Additionally, as a writer, Theodora enjoys working with other creatives to help them find the emotional issues that are blocking them creatively.
Outside of session, Theodora can usually be found at the beach, with either her shih tzu or her surfboard. She also enjoys playing tennis, running, comedy and attending as many Taylor Swift shows as she can.
