She can support you navigate challenging roles such as being a caregiver, parent, workplace or family leader, student, or public figure and encourage you to be kind to yourself along the way.
Kalene supports clients managing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship struggles, self esteem challenges, and life transitions. She has a background in Mindful Self-Compassion and neurotherapy, but provides an individualized experience to each client and session. She has specialized training and experience in supporting survivors of sexual trauma, as well as those in the Asian, Pacific Islander, and Desi American (APIDA) community.

Mia is a trauma-informed, multicultural therapist dedicated to creating a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences and move toward healing.
